Samoon Bread With Cream Cheese, Harissa, Spicy Chicken, Tomatoes, and Herbs

• • Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and harissa sauce for 3 hours.
  • On high heat, heat the olive oil in a skillet then fry each side of the chicken for two minutes. Lower the heat to medium and keep frying the chicken while flipping from time to time for around 20 minutes.
  • When the chicken breasts are fully cooked, put them on a cutting board and leave them to cool down for 5-7 minutes. Then, cut them into small cubes.
  • Tear the bread from the top to make an envelope-like shape.
  • Add the chicken, tomatoes, and onion. Then, add Puck Cream Cheese Spread on top and garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
