Potato Gratin

Instructions

• • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandolin or by hand if you don’t have one.
  • Boil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes in salted water along with the garlic and bay leaf. The potatoes should be cooked but still firm.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Coat an oven-safe deep dish with butter, then add the potatoes.
  • Season Puck Cooking Cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the cream over the potatoes.
  • Top the gratin with Puck Shredded Creamy Mozzarella Cheese, cover, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden, then serve.
