Tip

If you have only solid honey in your pantry or the liquid honey you own has begun to crystalize, there is no need to worry, you can still use our easy golden milk recipe. Be aware that liquifying an entire jar of crystalized honey repeatedly will diminish its flavor and characteristic aroma. Also remember that crystalized honey is not spoiled in any way so do not throw it out until you have at least tried our tip on how to liquify it. Simply, put the amount of honey you want to use in a glass jar and place it in a bowl. Make a water bath by pouring in enough water to ensure all the honey is below the water line. Use water between 35-45°C. Stir occasionally and add more hot water when needed until the honey has de-crystallized and liquified. Microwaving raw honey to de-crystallize and liquify it is not recommendable as you may end up cooking it instead, changing its flavor before you have a chance to use it to sweeten the turmeric golden milk.
