Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Filo Pie

• • Place a pan over high heat. Add the olive oil and sauté the onions for 1 minute. Add the minced garlic and give it a stir, then add the spinach. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes then add Puck Cheese Squares. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg. Add the shredded chicken then cook the mixture for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Brush a 23x33 cm oven-safe dish with oil or melted butter, then add 4 layers of filo sheets, brushing each layer with oil or butter.
  • Add the filling and smooth it out so the surface is even. Cover the filling with another 4 layers of filo, brushing each layer with butter or oil. Sprinkle the top of your filo pastry with sesame seeds, then bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until the filo is golden and crispy. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
